She is a professor emeritus from UT Austin and an expert on the rhetoric of authoritarians and the like. She retired from academics to write even more books, to go along with such works as Speaking of Race, Rhetoric and Demagoguery, and Fanatical Schemes. Really sitting at the heart of all the important rhetoric happening in our world right now, and darned good at arguing into the deep corners of the dark web, Dr. Trish Roberts-Miller.
