It’s ep 150, people! That’s a lot o’ words a flyin’. And since we’re on the eve of the Prez election, why not celebrate 1-fitty with an episode exploring the innards of one the most powerful of the dark rhetorics -- lying. Yes, we are currently awash in lyin’ times, and it’s a strange and disorienting jungle, indeed. Let’s see what the rhetoricians have to say about living in the Age of Lies, and maybe, just maybe, how to cleave a way through that darkness with -- gasp! -- some new rhetorical counter weapons (which Democracy is surely going to need if it wants to survive).
